All published journal content is preserved through controlled publisher backups. The journal maintains copies of article source files, PDFs, metadata sheets, and website backups in publisher-managed cloud storage and local archival storage. Backup checks should be performed monthly and after each issue is published. When a formal preservation network becomes available to the journal, this policy should be updated.
