Submission Policy

Core Requirements: Originality | Exclusive Submission | Co-author Approval | Accurate Declarations

By submitting a manuscript to the GIAR INTERNATIONAL Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (GIAR-IJIR), the corresponding author certifies that the submitted work is original, unpublished, and not simultaneously submitted to or under consideration by any other journal, publisher, or conference proceedings.

The corresponding author further confirms that all listed co-authors have participated sufficiently in the work, have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript, and have consented to its submission to GIAR-IJIR.

The corresponding author also accepts responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information provided at the time of submission, including:

  • authorship details
  • institutional affiliations
  • acknowledgements
  • funding support
  • conflict-of-interest disclosures

Any false, incomplete, misleading, or improperly declared submission information may result in editorial action, including return of the manuscript, rejection, withdrawal from review, correction request, or other appropriate action under the journal’s policies.

Author Responsibility

The corresponding author is expected to ensure that:

  • all listed authors meet appropriate authorship criteria
  • no eligible contributor has been omitted without justification
  • all co-authors have approved the final manuscript before submission
  • all submission files and declarations are accurate and complete
  • the manuscript complies with the journal’s ethical and editorial requirements

Originality and Exclusive Submission

Submission to GIAR-IJIR implies that:

  • the manuscript is original
  • the manuscript has not been published previously
  • the manuscript is not under review elsewhere
  • the manuscript is not being considered by another journal, publisher, or conference at the same time

The journal does not permit duplicate submission or parallel consideration of the same manuscript.

Accuracy of Submission Information

Authors must ensure that all information supplied during submission is correct and complete. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • names and order of authors
  • affiliations and contact information
  • acknowledgements
  • funding statements
  • conflict-of-interest disclosures
  • supporting declarations and forms

The journal reserves the right to request clarification or supporting documentation where necessary.
